First things first, I finally posted a new video on You Tube. After a hiatus of several months I finally feel like perhaps I can get back to actually posting regularly again. (Video should be linked below. Should be.)
Since I will likely forget that tomorrow is my tenth anniversary for this blog I will address that today. I began this blog and the accompanying project as a way to force myself into actually working on miniatures/painting/terrain building/etc. The result has been a mixed bag to be certain. For several years at a stretch I posted nothing. At times I forgot about this almost entirely. I wandered away from hobby stuff for most of that time, focusing on online gaming via the Xbox. I met some wonderful people through that medium. Some I have even been fortunate to meet in the real world. I don't really regret spending all that time online so much as wish I could have found a way to do both. But crying, spilled milk, you know the drill. That I have now found that path - to do both - means that ideally I will get back to regularly posting here and producing content for You Tube and Instagram as well. Without, like, multi-year gaps. A challenge indeed.
I also have no idea who is reading my random scribblings these days, but I tip my hat to your dedication. Cheers!
